Cancellation Policy: When Booking you are agreeing to our Cancellation Policy. No exceptions. SO PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY!
CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
Total balance is typically pre-paid; With a 7-day notice of date of arrival, you will have a choice of a 90% refund or 100% transferable/credit for a future stay, of equal amount or more (to be booked at that time).
Notices between 7 days and 24hrs of the date of arrival results in 25% cancel fee of entire stay. Less than 24hr notice prior to your arrival date results in a forfeit of payment for entire stay.
NO REFUNDS FOR HIGH OCCUPANCY DATES!!!!! Such as All Holidays, but not limited to, within 7 days of reservation date. A 50% refund will be issued before the 7 days.
NO REFUNDS or transfers for unused portions of your stay.
LONG TERM STAYS RECIEVE 50% OF RESERVATION IF REQUESTED PRIOR TO THE 24 HOUR WINDOW OF THE DAY OF ARRIVAL.. 24 HOURS BEFORE AND ON WILL RECIEVE NO REFUND.
Once you have made a transfer of dates you can NOT transfer dates a second time.
NO Refunds on Transfered Dates.
Online Reservations are prepaid. Cancellations and Transfer of funds to alternate dates is under transfer policy noted above.
BOOKING: We do not accept reservations by those that are not the guests attending. Please assure you are the one reserving and booking your own reservation. Unless it is a group booking and the person in charge assumes all responsibilities of cancellations etc.
For guests staying in one of our units. If the Key is not returned you will be charged a $50 fee!
Pet Policy:
There is a $10 pet fee. Per Pet, Per Stay in the Glampers and Motel Rooms.
Owner assumes ALL financial responsibility for any damage animal might make during stay, including but not limited to using the restroom on the grass.
$25 will be charged to guest per incident.
All animals must be leashed at all times.!!
If animal is aggressive, you will be asked to leave, No Exceptions!! No refunds will be issued. Please be a responsible pet owner.
When booking a Reservation you are agreeing to the policy so please be sure to abide by the rules to keep everyone happy.
RULES & REGULATIONS:

Quiet time is 9:00pm – 9am. Please respect the peace of the other guests. During the day as well with anything excessively loud.
ALL guests MUST have their own Working Truck and Trailer. NO EXCEPTIONS! Trailer must be in Good Condition, NOT fair. Working AC/Heater and Bathroom is a must. The public restrooms are meant for tent campers and guests for periodic use for those hanging out at the Pavilion.
LONG TERM Stays.. Snow Birds are Welcome for the winter season, adventurers and campers looking for a nice respite from the hustle and bustle. We are NOT for those looking to live. This is a campground for vacation purposes.. (If you think you have different circumstances that will work for all, please contact us at 928-564-2241)
If having guests visit over night please have them make their own reservation if staying in another RV, vehicle, or tent. Their is a $4 charge to extra guests staying in your RV that is not accounted for in your reservation.
One boat/UTV/ or two ATVs and one Vehicle permitted per campsite. If more is needed please contact us. This includes the RV you booked is the only one permitted on your site. If you want to bring someone else with, they may book their own site.
If any guests aren’t following the rules, causing other guests issues, harassment, or being a Nuisance we reserve the right to have said guest leave at any time during their stay with no refund. THIS IS PRIVATE PROPERTY we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
CHILDREN ARE NOT TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME.!!

We are neither liable nor responsible for the acts and actions of our guests. Therefore, by your signature upon a booking reservation and/or your acceptance and use of our accommodations you unconditionally waive, release and hold harmless from liability Happy Trails Campground and Mini Motel, its owners, agents, and managers from any and all liabilities occurring during your stay.
By making a reservation you are entering into the agreement to abide by all rules and cancellation policy.
